Black Victorian Dress01

This is the “back in black” dress modified into a Victorian. I used a skirt from another outfit as the underskirt, and added a bustle. Then I gathered the “back in black” skirt with safety pins as an overskirt and attached black and silver roses in the back. For extra bustle poof, I pinned a bundle of tulle under the overskirt so the roses would also have more folds of fabric to nestle into. I also added two dollar store scarves (black/silver) to give some separation between the two layers of skirts.
